Description
All-natural—no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, or GMOs. Our cattle graze freely in the mountain valleys of southeastern Idaho, thriving on native grasses like fescue, ryegrass, and buffalograss—deep-rooted plants that draw essential minerals from rich volcanic soil. This natural, nutrient-dense forage produces healthier animals and better-tasting beef. Raised on open rangeland with room to roam, our herd develops naturally—with strong muscle, ideal marbling, and deep, clean flavor. The result is beef that’s tender, richly marbled, and unmistakably bold.
