The JX Ranch Story
JX Ranches began in 1903 when our ancestor Adolph Hunzeker, a Swiss immigrant, started a humble sheep farm in Bear Lake, Idaho. Over five generations, our family has grown that legacy into one of the largest ranches in the region—raising cattle and sheep across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona. We honor our cowboy heritage while embracing modern ranching, delivering ranch-raised meat with the same values of hard work, resilience, and respect for the land.
