Beef Raised in the Heart of Idaho’s Mountain Valleys

Our cattle are raised in the beautiful mountain valleys of southeastern Idaho. Our ranges provide a variety of natural grasses adapted to the semi-arid climate including Idaho fescue, tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, and buffalograss. These native grasses develop deep root systems that absorb valuable minerals from the rich volcanic soil. The grass that grows in our mountain valleys is robust and nutrient dense. Each blade is packed with essential minerals like phosphorus, magnesium and selenium which contribute to healthy animals and more flavorful beef.

Open Rangeland. Better Beef.

Cattle thrive on a natural, balanced diet based on native grasses. These animals grow steadily, develop ideal fat marbling, and maintain optimal health throughout the year. The meat is rich, clean, and deeply flavorful.

Our cattle graze freely on thousands of acres of mountain pastures. The peaceful open rangeland is not only more ethical but reduces animal stress which improves meat tenderness and flavor.

Athletic Herds. Exceptional Beef.

Our herd is bred for athleticism and stamina, with the strength to roam the steepest slopes in search of the choicest forage. This active lifestyle means more muscular, stronger animals and beef with perfect marbling, tenderness, and bold, beefy flavor.
